1. About the product

A. All products in this shop are uniformly produced by the manufacturers, factory direct sales, brand protection, please rest assured to buy

B. Please communicate with customer service about the size, how to place the score basin and the choice of model. The factory default setting of the machine temperature is +2~+8°. If the machine requires a special temperature range, please communicate with the customer service in advance before placing an order.

C. The machine contains a compressor, please do not put it upside down, and you need to stand it for 3 hours before turning it on after receiving the goods.

2. About delivery

Our company specifies the use of Aneng Logistics to deliver the goods. Normally, the logistics only delivers the goods to the door, but not the stairs. When the goods are delivered to the store, if the goods are heavy, the buyer needs to find someone to help with the unloading. Please understand.

3. Featured service/after-sales description

Our products will be shipped after verification. Before the buyer signs for the goods, please check whether the outer packaging is complete. If there is any damage, please take a photo and record it, and open the box to check whether the machine is damaged and then sign for it. If there is any damage, please refuse to accept the goods. After signing the receipt, it is reflected that the goods are seriously damaged, the quantity is not in conformity, etc., which are not covered by our compensation and warranty. In order to protect your rights, please be careful when signing for the goods!
